An Edwardian silver mounted cigarette box, Mappin & Webb, London 1906, of rectangular form with planished detail, opening to reveal two compartment fruitwood lined interior, 14.2cm x 9.1cm x 4.4cm, together with a George V silver mounted desk calendar, W J Myatt & Co, Birmingham 1928, 13.3cm high (at fault), and a weighted silver inkwell, Carr's of Sheffield Ltd, Sheffield 1997, lacking liner, 7.5cm diameter (3)
Calendar: Heavy lifting, splitting, denting and general wear to the silver mount on the calendar. Winding mechanism is not in use and not in order. Glass missing, later replacement plastic glazing. Heavy scratching and wear to the wooden base and reverse. See additional images
Cigarette case: Moderate denting throughout. No splitting or signs of repair. Heavy scratching and wear to exterior. Cover opens smoothly but does not sit completely flush. Heavy scratching and wear to interior, but no splitting or signs of repair. Possible later replacement leather panel to base. See additional images
Inkwell in good order, no large dents, splits or repairs. A couple of large scratches to the foot, as well as scratching and wear commensurate with age and use, most notably around the felt base. Cover opens smoothly and closes flush.
