Property of a lady - MAUND, B. - 'The Book of Hardy Flowers, or, Gardeners' Edition of The Botanic Garden' - four consecutive volumes, Groombridge, London, 1843-50 (1843-44, 1845-46, 1847-48 and 1849-50), with 94 full page hand-coloured illustrations each showing four different flowers, uniformly bound in contemporary half green morocco with marbled boards, two front boards with label for Worshipful Company of Haberdashers, Aske's School for Girls, Hatcham, the other 2 volumes with same label removed, with one small oval stamp of the school in the text of each volume (one volume with two stamps), occasional marks, browning to some illustrated pages (4).
