TRIANGULAR POISON BOTTLE. 5ins tall. Cobalt glass. Triangular shape with rounded rear corners, 2 front panels vertically ribbed, POISON embossed vertically down the small front panel. Clear ground glass stopper. Previously sold by BBR in July 2013. Tiny inner lip nick. Another possibly unique bottle - the only example we have seen certainly, and an impressive one too.
