Polychrome painted in low raised relief with asymmetrical sinous curves foliage decoration on an olive green lustre background, top cover decorated with a single butterfly design, attributed to Jurrian Kok, 1894 - 1913, dark brown printed factory mark for 1904, no: 689, monogrammed ‘WV’, impressed ‘W63V’.
