Fine scarce rectangular matt gilt seed plate mounted with elongated eight pointed star with squared points, the principal rays with gilt wash bearing honours. Mounted on the star, gilt crowned scroll PENINSULA over laurel sprays resting on WATERLOO scroll; blue translucent enamel centre with circlet CORNWALL REGT and central 32. Two hooks and two studs.
