A worksplate, GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY, 1546, DONCASTER, 1922, from a GNR J50 Class 0-6-0T No 3223 built at Doncaster in November 1922, renumbered 8922 in 1946, becoming BR 68922, Its BR sheds were Bradford, Low Moor and Wakefield from where it was withdrawn in September 1963 and entered Darlington Works for cutting up the following month. Fully engraved brass, 12¼"x7½", the front lightly polished, the back marked 3223. (Postage Band: C)
