A late Victorian Rams Horn desk ink well, most likely from a Country House or Gentlemans Club, fitted with bell to alert staff to collect your correspondence
Condition: Some marks, scuffs to oak, some wear to silver plate, missing another mask to base there are pin holes where one would have been, the mount with bell is loose and removeable from horn tip, no hammer.
