A pair of Chinese 'Ba Xian' powder blue ginger jars and covers, 19th century, each of ovoid form and decorated with The Eight Daoist (Taoist) Immortals within panels, each with painted blue double concentric circle marks to the underside, 20cm high (2) (at fault)

X1 ginger jar - Stained semi-elliptical hairline to the exterior of the jar. Concentrated of fritting visible to a section of the shoulder of the jar. Some small firing hairlines to the underside. Some general surface scratching, pitting, and wear to the jar and cover.
X2 ginger jar - Internal underglaze hairline. Internal base with glaze imperfection. Some light wear, and surface scratches to the exterior.
