COVER; Remarkable 8 Apr. 1759 EL (in French; ref. high prices of food, especially sea fish, and originally accompanied by a cheese) from "Loubiere, Dom[in]ique" to a Marine Officer "on board His B.M.S. Panther [at Prince Rupert's Bay]" on the opposite side of the island: an exceptionally early letter from Dominica!
