A worksplate, BUILT 1958, CREWE, from BR Standard Class 9F 2-10-0 No 92231 built at Crewe and allocated new to Pontypool Road in August 1958. Its later sheds were Severn Tunnel Junction, Cardiff Canton, Ebbw Junction, Bristol Barrow Road, Eastleigh, Feltham and York from where it was withdrawn in November 1966 and sold for scrap to A.Draper at Hull. Cast iron, 10½"X6", the front repainted. (Postage Band: C)
