1920’s leather shoes: a good quality pair of size 3, day time shoes in mid brown with beige front trimming, with inset panels of snakeskin or snakeskin effect leather, bar fastening with button, together with a black pair with similar fastening by Stead and Simpson Ltd, and a third pair, probably 1930’s, by a foreign maker, with higher heels, a wider front strap with buckle, and decorative trimming to the strap and toes. (3 pairs)
The brown pair are in good order. The second pair are scuffed and have a few other signs of wear. The third pair have been well-loved with repairs to the soles.
