A SECOND WORLD WAR GERMAN LUFTWAFFE DAGGER AND SCABBARD. A second type Luftwaffe dagger with a 25 cm double edged, pointed blade marked for Paul Swyersberg & Co. Solingen. The cross piece with an eagle with wings outstretched with Swastika in its claws, With wire bound white composition grip and domed pommel with Swastikas to either side, The scabbard with leaf decoration and twin ring suspension. 42 cm.
Slight staining to grip and scabbard, generally a nice example, blade in very clean condition.
