FAIRGROUND INTEREST - LARGE PAPIER MACHE SAILOR 'HMS PORTLAND'. A large painted papier mache head of a Sailor, his hat marked HMS Portland. Apparently made for a fairground ride in Weymouth, 48cms high. *Condition: The back of the hat has a small tear and crack, there are various surface cracks/paint loss in areas as you would expect over time.
