FOREIGN BILL 9c, 18c, 36c and 60c perf 12½ unused, and 6c, $1, $1.50 and $3 used, JUDICIAL issues (39) including a few mint values, one document franked at 50c, scarce middle values (i.e. $3.50) with small print runs & sets to $10- also 25c & 50c perf 12½ (scarce thus), MARINE POLICIES group of eight lower values to $1, revenue issues duplicated range to $10, and later Hasil values etc on pages. A strong basis for expansion with some of the earlier varieties very scarce indeed.
