AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY GEM SET RING, designed as a central rectangular ruby within an old cut diamond surround, to the trifurcated shoulders, unmarked, ring size L, approximate weight 2.7 grams (condition report: overall good condition, moderate general wear in keeping with the age of the piece, minor wear to some of the ruby facet edges, a few of the diamonds have some small nicks, one of the shoulder branches is slightly off centre) (Possibly synthetic ruby)
