Two 19th century majolica cheese dishes and covers - one in the Aesthetic style, the drum-form lid with branch handle and Oriental style prunus and pine tree decoration on a blue ground, on a mottled green stand with rope border, 21.5cm high, the lid restored; the other of domed form with joined branch handle, decorated with roped arcading, stiff leaves and branches of magnolia blossom, the green, yellow and brown mottled stand with rope twist and flower border, 22.8cm high, the lid cracked; together with two other Victorian cheese dishes and stands.
