A worksplate, BEYER PEACOCK, 7303, 1949, from a metre gauge Kenya & Uganda Railways 57 Class 4-8-4+4-8-4 Garratt No 115. It later became part of East African Railways, founded in 1948, as their Class 58 No 5814. Most were withdrawn by 1973. Cast brass, 10½"x 6½". (Postage Band: B)
