Imperial Seitengewehr M1898/05 Sawback Butcher Bayonet


14 1/2 inch, single edged blade widening towards the point.  Rear sawback edge.  Wide fuller.  Forte with maker "Waffenfabrik Mauser AG Oberndorf aN".  Back edge dated 16.  Steel, turn up quillon.  Steel pommel.  Wooden ribbed slab grips.  Contained in its steel scabbard.  Complete with brown leather frog.
