5774 - Original mixed media on canvas by the Italian artist Giampiero Malgiolio. Image of Del Piero the famous Italian footballer. Ready to frame. Giampiero Malgioglio was born in Rome in 1967 and started his career young attending the studies of important Roman artists including Francesco Corica, Titina Maselli, Franco Veronesi and Piero Dorazio; which encouraged him to participate in several collective exhibitions and become increasingly involved in painting.
He devotes much time and attention to the study of the artistic paths of 20th century personalities: Attardi, Dorazio, Afro, Burri, Pollock, Santomaso and Vedova. The work of artists such as Emilio Vedova profoundly influenced him until he abandoned the figurative trait in the late 90s. Thus began a phase of experimentation and research focused on the material masses and the harmony of colour. H: 80cm W: 60cm D: 2cm
