19th century small bodied short scale guitar labelled Gennaro Fabricatore, anno 1821, Napoli, Strada Giacomo, no. 42; Back and sides: satinwood with walnut banding, some repairs to edge banding, marks and wear throughout; Top: natural spruce with multi-string banding to edges and sound hole rosette, foliate scroll finials to bridge plate; Neck: ebonised; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: brass, worn; Hardware: adaptions to friction tuners; Case: fitted ebonised wooden case; Nut width: 45mm; Scale length: 560mm; Overall condition: good for age

The main body appears free of any cracks or repairs although there are some repairs to the binding. Some revarnishing has taken place. There is a bow to the neck. The tuners have some make shift repairs / mods. Neck appears as though it may have been reset and repaired at some stage and re-ebonised. Personal viewing advised.
