1919 Piece cut from a parcel sent by the Mines Dept. in Port Moresby, bearing 1908-10 perf 11 4d vertical pair and 1911-12 1d, 2d and 1/- all perfined OS. Small faults to all stamps with tears to one 4d and the 1/-, the result of being applied over a piece of ribbon used to tie the parcel. An unusual commercial piece. S.G. O18, 39,40, 44.
