A North American albumen print of large proportions, mid to late 19th century, depicting Niagara Falls frozen in winter, 33cm x 41cm, mounted on a paper sheet, with five further albumen prints depicting Niagara Falls, to include a scene of the 'Maid Of The Mist' in white water with the Niagara Falls Suspension Bridge beyond, 16.5cm x 13cm, and three further albumen prints depicting St Patrick's Cathedral and a New York cityscape, all mounted on paper sheets (six sheets in total with some prints mounted two to a sheet), the sheets each 45.7cm x 59.5cm (6)

NOTE: The Niagara Falls suspension bridge stood from 1855 to 1897 across the Niagara River, and was the world's first working railway suspension bridge.
