Very fine and scarce burnished gilt rectangular plate mounted with gilt crowned KING'S scroll on oval Garter enclosing gilt NEC ASPERA TERRENT scroll, the White Horse of Hanover in relief on gilt ground over VIII all on crimson velvet.
