22 1/2 inch, single edged blade with wavy line hammon. Copper habaki. Steel, wavy edge tsuba. Darkened brass fuchi and kabuto-gane with floral and carp decoration. Shagreen grip with dragon menuki. Green cord binding. Wartime added knot loop. Contained in its black lacquered, wooden scabbard with leather field cover. Complete with brown and blue, Company Officer's sword knot. Contained in its wooden transit box with steel top handle.
