A 5" gauge battery powered BR Class 08 0-6-0 Diesel Electric Shunting Locomotive. This running model is based on the castings and plans produced by Blackgate's Engineering. Finished in BR standard green livery with "Wasp" yellow and black chevrons front and rear, made as D3963. An electric two-toned horn and controller have been added, plus two new 12 Volt batteries are also included. These are coupled in series to give a 24V supply to the three electric motors. Also there is a sit-on trolley, which, like the loco, can be used on a raised or ground-level track. VGC £ The Shunter also has a wooden box for transportation purposes. £1800-2200
