An interesting collection of poetry from eminent poets of the time Longfellow, Walter Scott, Tennyson along with lesser known names, possibly some amateur poems included, family members perhaps. Some entries have locations written at the end ‘Brighton 1853’ Bound in plain green paper with clasp, marbled edges and endpapers.
