Fairbairn-Sykes First Pattern Commando Knife, 1940-41 issue with 2 inch S crossguard, ricasso marked The F-S Fighting Knife and Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd London, chequerboard grip, blade has been shortened to 15cm in length (overall knife length 28cm), with early leather scabbard with press stud catch (this broken but present), overall generally fine, the blade has some light pitting, scarce.
