Plus a packet containing 2 original adverts for the lease of properties in Worth, Devon (1750s) and 2 legal agreements from 1733. Includes a letter from Symon Snow [Snowe], Merchant, MP and Mayor of Exeter (b.1600) to his nephew, Sir Thomas Pengelly, and another to Sir John Maynard (Serjeant-at-Law, 1653, King's Serjeant, Nov. 9, 1660 and 1684 - Lord Commissioner of the Great Seal, 1688).
