A collection of Factory Records memorabilia to include FAC 229, The Music Week Factorial 15th July 1989, a fax from The Essex Music group, dated 19th February 1990, enclosing sheet music for 'Tokoloshe Man' by John Kongos, FAC 86, Peter Saville Associates, Christmas 1983, including Hacienda modelkit, and Factory's 1983 Christmas present, the set comes with a black & white banderolle saying 'The Hacienda Must be Built' and a Christmas message, enclosed within original brown envelope, together with two books Rob Gretton, 'Top Class Manager', and FAC 351 'The Hacienda Must Be Built' edited by John Savage.
