A London and North Western Railway Queen Victoria royal train menu for breakfast at Lancaster Castle station titled, Journey South of the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, LNWR 2nd Nov 1867, Breakfast at 9.00 at the Castle station, Lancaster. A truly amazing spread including turkey, game pie, shrimps, grouse, pheasant, partridge, lobster, sweetbread cutlets, kidneys, fish, chicken, ham, etc. The menu was produced on silk with tassels, presented in a gilt frame, overall 13¾"x17".
