Henry VIII silver Testoon, third coinage (1544-1547), Bristol mint, 'WS' mintmark (S 2368, North 1843). Obverse: facing crowned bust with 'HENRIC.' 8 · D.' G.' -' around. Reverse: crowned Tudor rose with crowned 'H' and 'B' to either side and 'CIVITAS x BRISTOLIE' around with rose stops and the trace of a 'WS' mintmark. Weight: 6.48g. Diameter: 31mm. Grade: G - edge slightly chipped otherwise Good for this rare issue.
