Considered to be Charles Fleetwood Varley (1863-1942), a Tudric pewter box, the hinged lid inset an enamel plaque decorated with a Galleon at full sail, 13cm x 11cm x 5.5cm, stamped to the base "Tudric" and the No. 0544

More Information

Condition: The enamel is not signed or monogrammed, so unsure it is Varley, but it is considered to be. It is stamped Tudric, some scratches and blemishes to the enamel, the panel is a bit rough along top edge where it is set in, hinge works well, whole box is worn and a bit tired, a few dents to lid, more than just the hammered finish.
