A F&G Victorian Commission as 2nd Lieutenant awarded to Jason Delves Norton (of the East Kent Regiment, 'The Buffs'). Features hand-written annotations of promotions to Lt, Capt & Major, the latter in 1915, and lists the places he served. Commission is dated 21 March 1899. Crack to glass.
