A George III novelty tea caddy, circa 1810, in the form of a double-fronted house, pitched roof with chimney and ivory simulated tiles and gables, eight sash windows and front door, realistically painted brickwork and foliage, the hinged roof opening to a lidded single compartment to the interior, 20.5cm high, 11.5cm wide, 12cm deep.
