A unique collection of original photographs (in an album) detailing the life of a sailor from the second world war. Of historical importance, including photographs of: Gibraltar scenes, sinking of the Graf Spee (with rare photograph of the Captain and Officers), HMS Revenge, Warspite, Newcastle, Egypt, Suez Canal.
Together with embroidered cloth the sailor gave to his mother, made whilst convalescing.
