TWO INTERESTING ANTIQUE ITEMS: (i) AN ANTIQUE LARGE HEAVY CAST METAL HORSE & RIDER SCULPTURE, possibly African or Indian, in the Benin style. The rider is detachable. Great detail in the horse and rider, some loss in parts and some recent fixes. Dimensions: 76 x 66 x 30cm (H x D x W). (ii) A 19TH CENTURY LOBED COPPER CHARGER, possibly Indian or Tibetan, decorated all over with embossed, chased & engraved detail, with a central medallion of a coiled dragon, surrounded by various animals including elephant, horse, monkey etc. To the outer petals are seated deities and bowls of fruit. Dimensions: 60cm wide.
