Lego Modular Building set 10211 Grand Emporium with box and instruction manuals ( missing book 1 of 3 but can be downloaded free from Lego website). Externally the build is to specification (flags colour has been changed). Missing street lamp but changed for hotdog stand. Internally an extra escalator has been added, bare shell second and third floors. Bottom floor slight change in layout. Missing main interior light. Missing one mini figure.
