Macloutsi/Mafeking. 1900 Registered cover to England franked Protectorate 2d + 6d and Cape 2½d pair, endorsed "Received at Mafeking under cover from Macloutsi, Hy Flower PM" with violet "MAFEKING" handstamp below, the Protectorate stamps ringed to show they were invalid and obliterated with ink, the Cape stamps cancelled by a Mafeking squared circle.
