ARGENTINA/FRANCE - DISALLOWED PRINTED MATTER RATE COVER WITH HEXAGON FRAMED "GB¦¦2F PK" MARK: 27 Nov. 1867 unpaid EL (hand-written & sealed) from Buenos Aires to France "Voie de Southampton" only having postal marks applied in France; v. fine scarce hexagon framed "GB¦¦2F PK" (usually used on printed matter only; per kilogram), red h.s. "15c" (struck in error and crossed out) and black ms "16" (decimes). It seems that this letter was initially mistaken for printed matter. Rare thus.
