Japanese early 20th century sword, with shagreen and bound handle with parcel-gilt mounts, blade length 66cm, original lacquered metal scabbard

Blade is in good condition with no rust, handle and mounts are slightly loose. Scabbard has 1 small dent on flat side near tip, press stud is working but all sections of handle are loose, blade and scabbard are straight and not bent out of shape, nagasa length 67cm, scabbard length 74cm
