Railway. Infrastructure - Signal Boxes. A collection of approx. 100 x 35mm, colour slides, on mixed film stock. The slides were taken by John Meredith, and feature a good selection of signal boxes. Most of the boxes are on the Southern Region and include ex LSWR, LBSCR, KESR and SECR boxes. All of the slides are exterior views bar 1 interior shot of Eastbourne/Hampden Park Box. Locations include: Dorking, Uckfield, Crawley, Effingham Jnt., Robertsbridge, Billingshurst, Euxton, Havant, Wareham, Branksome, Hastings East, Bideford, Wye, Woolston, Seaford, Newhaven Harbour, Chichester, Selling etc. All of the slides are captioned and most date from the 1990's.
