A 1908 PATTERN CAVALRY SWORD AND SCABBARD. With an 89 cm tapering pointed single edged blade with narrow fuller. With various stamped marks including Enfield marks, issue dated 10 13 and P08 to the back. With a broad guard and composition grip, stamped E.G.G. to the inner surface. In a brown leather scabbard with side strap as issued to a Cavalry Warrant Officer. 109 cm overall.
Blade sticks through end of scabbard, blade good with light staining in places. A nice example.
