Officials.  1951 envelope bearing 3p marginal block of four and 4a, Bahawal-Garh CDSs of 18 DEC. The stamps have received the scarce red SERVICE overprint, across each pair of the 3p and additionally on the selvedge, and tying the 4a to the envelope.  Official handstamp on front and Household Office cachet on reverse.  PF Pakistan Certificate (2011) on reverse.  SG 19, 25
