Thomas Mackay (1851-1920), A matched pair 'On the river bank', watercolours, signed, one dated 1892, the other 1893, 17.5cm x 24cm and 17.5cm x 27cm respectively

The picture with the figure on the right of the image - the sky has some light staining, both upper left and then down the lower left hand side. Otherwise the colours are strong with good clarity. One thing to point out, there is a difference in sizes of the two compositions and one year difference in date. However we felt that the two do compliment each other as a pair compositionally.
Similarly mounted and framed, both of which are in good condition and ready to hang.
