Taxidermy: An antique pike fish modelled in a naturalistic riverbed setting, dated 1913. Well presented and modelled in a glazed bow fronted glass case inscribed ’PIKE. 10lbs. Caught by F. Hudson. at Pangbourne. February 23. 1913.’ Internal label inscribed ’Preserved and mounted by Frederick Hudson London’. Frederick Hudson’s notebook featuring the pike along with other taxidermy listings also included. (2 items) 36 cm height, 97 cm width, 21.7 cm depth.
