ROLEX - A 1930's 9ct gold cased 15 jewel gentleman's mid-size manual wind wrist watch. The 28mm white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and signed ROLEX, with subsidiary seconds dial, the rose gold cased signed and stamped R.W.C. LTD, no. 48423, signed movement, Glasgow export hallmarks 1938, case width 35mm.
Doesn't wind or run. The crown appears to be wonky. The balance spring is tilted and the wheel doesn't run freely when lightly shaking it. The crown only slightly turns. The crown does adjust the hands. Case depth including glass 9mm. More images online.
