LENCI - figure designed by Helen Koenig Scavini (1886-1974) for Lenci, Madonna Dell'Amore, figure of Madonna with open hands around doves, blue ground with green and burnt orange and gilt, height 29cm, created 1930's and with stamps to base the number 775/2
Provenance bought in Italy by owner's late parents whilst they were both serving in Italy during WWII and had just married. It is in good condition, with no obvious signs of damage, repair or restoration. It stands ok and does not rock.
