A Coalport twin handled pedestal vase decorated with a small hand painted cartouche of the waters edge, signed E. D Ball against a gilt background with turquoise enamel dots, the handle terminals formed as rams heads, printed marks, height 18cm, damaged.
Both handles have been broken and reglued. Both the interior of the vase and the cover have odd gilt splatter - it is all the way to the bottom of the vase and the entirety of the lid so it could be a factory occurrence. No detected restoration.
