A Third Reich infantry officer's sword, plated blade 34 1/4” (70cm) by WKC, the gilt brass hilt having lions-head pommel with red glass eyes, oak-leaf embossed knuckle-bow, one langet with white metal eagle and swastika, the other with vacant shield, the grip of wire-bound black plastic, in its black-painted scabbard with portepee. GC (blade plating slightly worn, the scabbard re-painted)
