A mid century automaton musical jewellery box. With two birds in a domed cage, the single drawer when opened causes one bird to swing and the mechanism to play, diameter 17cm The movement is operated by an integral key, and works when the drawer is opened. Generally faded and grubby and the metal is discoloured.
